Role – Sales/Business Development Executive/Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY
He/she will be responsible for achieving his/her assigned sales plan by generating revenue through development of new business and retention of existing business within the assigned territory.
He/she will need to map customers/clients’ needs with product by analyzing customer’s current situation to create appropriate solutions and promptly attend to customers regrets.
As a manager, he/she will have the opportunity to lead a group of business development executives and manage key accounts customers on the Lagos market & manage the sales pipeline to increase the company presence in the territory.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Presentation of our services to a range of low & high level target customers/businesses.
He/she manages the entire sale process and report to the business development Manager of his franchise.
He/she creates new business opportunities and growth of existing accounts in the territory.
He/she regularly reports and analyse challenges and activities of competitors through business intelligence activities.
He/she carries out pre-call analysis to prepare for daily sales calls (cold calls, accounts history)
Work closely with an internal sales leads – via Sales lead incentive Management System, to encourage repeat purchase.
Develop sales strategies.
Makes use of CRM & TEAM to manage customer information (Customer Relationship Management & Total Enterprise Account Management System).
Ensure Sales Target is met.
REQUIREMENT
0 – 5 Sales Experience.
OND – BSC Degree.
Ability to accomplish set targets
Commission driven individual.
Resourceful, goal getters & strong negotiation skills.
Good communication & professional relationship skills.
Ability to keep and build long-lasting relationship.
